Shipping policy

Any order fulfilled has been handed to the shipping carrier by Lash Therapy. We are no longer responsible handling your packages. If package shows delivered but costumer never received it costumer must contact carrier to review this matter. Lash Therapy is not responsible for replacing or compensation of theft at your delivery address or any lost packages by the shipping carrier.

If costumer has shipped package to the wrong address costumer must contact shipping carrier to fix this issue. 

If costumers package was returned to seller due to an error in costumers address costumer is responsible purchasing another shipping label to be re sent to the correct address.
